INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Individual therapy consists of establishing a trusted, confidential relationship with a qualified professional. In therapy, we will work collaboratively to set goals, identify barriers, and work toward personalized healing in order for you to live the life you desire.
DEPRESSION
Depression can be linked to feelings of isolation, negative self-talk, low self-esteem or sense of self-worth, among many things. Together we can work toward addressing factors that are contributing to depression and improve overall mood and well-being.
GROUP THERAPY
Healing takes place in the context of relationships. While group therapy can feel daunting at first, allowing yourself to be vulnerable and accept others' vulnerabilities can often be the key to unlocking your truest self.
ANXIETY
Most of us have felt anxious at some point during our lives. With the uncertainty of the world now, anxiety is on the rise. While we can't always change our surroundings, we can establish ways of responding to these uncertainties to live a more centered, grounded life.
COMMUNICATION AND BOUNDARY SETTING
Frequently, conflict and turmoil in our lives can be traced back to challenges in relationships. If you are finding yourself overextended, overwhelmed, or feeling unheard and misunderstood, it may be time to reevaluate your boundaries or communication style.
TRAUMA
Most people have encountered some form of trauma at some point in their lives, because the world can be a traumatic place. If your past experiences are affecting your present, there are ways of working through that. It's time to live your life for you, right now!
ANGER AND EMOTIONAL REGULATION
Anger is a normal human emotion. However, the way we respond to anger and difficult emotions can sometimes lead to consequences, whether physical or emotional. If you're ready to end this pattern, we can work together to establish strategies of dealing with these emotions in a useful, productive manner.
YOGA AND SOMATIC MOVEMENT
When not dealt with, traumas and difficult emotions can be stored in our bodies. Through specific, targeted movement practices, these energies can be released, allowing us to live a more free, meaningful life.
